Terms and Conditions

1. Advance Payment:

The full amount for the service must be paid in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy:

The amount is non-refundable if you cancel the service.
You can reschedule a one-on-one session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. After that, rescheduling is not allowed.

3. Service Cancellation:

If the service is canceled for any reason from our side, you will receive a refund or the service date can be changed by mutual consent.

4. Communication:

- You need to use healthy and respectful language in all communications, including sessions and group interactions.

5. Acknowledgment:

- By participating in these Spiritual Coaching Services, you acknowledge that I am not a Licensed Psychologist or Health Care Professional. My services do not replace the care of a Psychologist or other Health Care Professionals.

6.Rescheduling:

You can reschedule only a one-on-one session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. After that, rescheduling is not allowed.
Group sessions cannot be rescheduled.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you forfeit the session. Time will not be added, and the session will end as scheduled.

7. Packs & Course Validity

Individuals who purchase session packs or courses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of their pack or course.
The validity period of each pack or course will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. The sessions or course must be redeemed and completed within the specified validity period. After this period, unused sessions will expire and cannot be scheduled or redeemed.
Based on the validity period, eligible participants will be able to schedule their sessions, complete their course, and receive their attunement session accordingly.
A nominal charge of ₹1 per session scheduling will apply for redeeming or scheduling a session.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
