Cancellation Policy
1. Advance Payment: The full amount for the pack must be paid in advance. 2. Cancellation Policy: -The amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. -Scheduling is limited to the number of sessions remaining in your pack. -Available time slots and dates will be displayed in the scheduling option. -Sessions will not be provided to those whose pack has expired. -If anyone other than an eligible purchaser books a session by mistake, the session will not be provided, and the payment will not be refunded. 3. Rescheduling Policy: -You can reschedule a one-on-one session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. After that, rescheduling is not allowed. -Group sessions cannot be rescheduled. -If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you forfeit the session. Time will not be added, and the session will end as scheduled. 4. Pack Validity: -The validity period of each pack will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. -Sessions must be redeemed and completed within the specified validity period. -After this period, unused sessions will expire and cannot be scheduled or redeemed. -A charge of ₹1 per schedule will apply for redeeming or scheduling a session or attunement. 5. Communication: You need to use healthy and respectful language in all communications, including sessions and group interactions. 6.
