Cancellation Policy
Online Sessions Policy 1. Advance Payment: The full amount for the service must be paid in advance. 2. Cancellation Policy: The amount is non-refundable if you cancel the service. 3. Rescheduling Policy: -You can reschedule a one-on-one session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. After that, rescheduling is not allowed. -If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you forfeit the session. Time will not be added, and the session will end as scheduled. 4. Service Cancellation: -If the service is canceled from our side, you will receive a refund or the service date can be changed by mutual consent. 5. Communication: -You need to use healthy and respectful language in all communications, including sessions and group interactions. 6.
